Dear JCE,
Banishing red meat from your diet is a good start.
Don't try to make too many changes at one time.
If you could eliminate chicken next, that would be a
big help to your body. Chicken, as good as it tastes,
is probably THE most chemically-laden meat in America.
Try to get to the point where your flesh-food is
coming from sardines, and wild-caught salmon and
tuna. Sardines are much tastier than they sound.
Costco sells Crown Prince Sardines, which are delicious.
I eat all my vegetables and fruits raw. Living food
isn't boring, once your taste buds have been awakened.
The only cooked food I eat is brown rice. I make a
HUGE salad every evening -- a meal in itself -- that
consists of rice, seaweed, home-grown sprouts, carrots
and celery, Earthbound Farms Organic salad greens,
tomatoes, raw onions, garlic, and other veggies. I top
it off with coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, and
herbs. I used to add salmon or sardines right into the
big salad bowl. It's delicious! I never get tired of
it. And my old body thrives on all those living foods.
Yes, Garden of Life is a good source of supplements,
though some of their stuff is a tad expensive. The
green superfood will difinitely help you, as will the
probiotic. I suggest you also take an enzyme tablet
with every meal. Enzymes help your body digest the
foods you eat. I use Mega-Zymes, which are widely
available.
And, yes, I do think the large doses of vitamin C will
help eliminate your symptoms. Not overnight, but in time. Your immune system uses vitamin C as ammunition
to fight off the toxic invaders. When you're really
sick, you need considerably more vitamin C than when
you're just maintaining your health.
Educate yourself about internal cleanses. Just about
every American of any age has
liver stones , as well
as undigested plaque in their intestines. Once your
intestinal tract is clean, all kinds of illnesses and
degenerative conditions disappear.
Good luck with your health makeover!
Blessings,
Owen
