"Harsh"? I would say more like a breathe of fresh air. And your use of the word "judgemental" is certainly incorrect. I was perhaps a bit "presumptuous", but certainly not judgemental. Afterall, I am sure at one point in their life a bird has shat on their brand new rolls royce, causing immense suffering. Learning and growing from such heartbreaking experiences certainly has led to profound character development and deep compassion, evidenced in James for example, who cannot even clean up after himself.
She asked for honest advice and I gave it as honestly as possible. And allow me to rephrase it for everyone else reading: It's time to wake up people. Wake up from your fantasy world. There are people suffering beyond your wildest imagination in this world- people with NOTHING- who can't even EAT. So WAKE UP to reality and realize it is WHAT IS WITHIN YOU that is contributing to all this insane suffering and hardship in the world, CHANGE IT, and then PROFOUNDLY HUMBLE YOURSELF. Realize it was your IGNORANCE and UNCONSCIOUS SUBSERVIENCE which allowed all this to begin with.
I absolutely guarantee you that if you follow the above advice, WAKE UP, and find out who you really are underneathe all that superficial brainwashing, THE LAST THING ON EARTH that will concern you is whether or not the other spoiled rich boy you met while your parents paid your way through college is actually as decent a human as he pretended to be during your long and drawn out fantasy together fueled by prominent societal *status* and large family bank accounts. The heaven you have been lavishly indulging in for the past 5 years has come about only through the profound hell others have undergone in counterbalance to allow such a fantasy to perpetuate. And don't be surprised when you find out Mr. amazing isn't as amazing as he seemed. I assure you, it is ony the tip of the tip of a very deep iceberg you are seeing.
So start by seeing your own iceberg.
