The hot sun does make me more anxious and edgy. I get extra sensitive to what i eat as well. Seems like the heat can promote a die-off much quicker. Ive noticed that the hot sun keeps my blood pressure much higher where as in the winter time i have trouble with low blood pressure. In the summer time i really have to watch my salt intake and animal fat. I think both are related to increasing blood pressure. I usually end up losing some weight in the summer because my appetite goes down. I end up eating more lowfat fish in the summer it seems to help take some of the edge off. Along with drinking more water of course.
Yes, my die-off still feels like suffocation too and after my colonics, I am usually bed ridden for a couple of days. I can't believe my lungs have not collapsed or other organs have not shut down in exhaustion.
Interesting. Hard to believe you can tolerate it. I feel the same (lungs collapsing) all day and night. Think you'll try the acupuncture? I'm to give it a try soon. (When I can physically tolerate it -- explained below)
I try to keep my life force strong spiritually.
It's palpable. And inspiring.
It seems I can't win either unless I step back and look a big picture. I rotate taking thyme, cinnamon and clove oils...8 drops diluted with olive oil in a capsule 3-4 times a day.
Thanks for sharing. I might try that combo. As you know I've taken caps I mix up which include seven of the oils. The eucalyptus seems to just sit in my gut and irritates me all day, so I've stopped. Clove, cinnamon and thyme are probably much more tolerable.
I make sure I take probiotics at night. Not to speak too soon, but I have been fighting off viruses the last couple of months and that has been a huge hurdle for me.
Good luck, sweetheart. Sorry to hear.
Another breathing tip that takes a little time and motivation is lying on the floor with your legs up in a chair with your bottom pushed up against the legs of the chair. Take deep breaths in through your nose and hold it for the count of 30 pushing the air as deep into your abdomen as possible and then breath it out of your mouth trying to slowly release the air through your throat making a haaaaaaaa sound. Of course, it took me a while to work up to holding the air for the count of 30, but I am there now. My coach also used a device (that looked like a buffer) on my back ~ she said it was breaking up the mucus and mold in my lungs. I did seem to get better and better...
Now I could NEVER do that. I can't lie on my back at all. I can't even get my body horizontal in any way. I sleep sitting up. It's insane. Dang -- the things that help people (I've known others who suggest the same -- then there's postural drainage which involves lying on your stomach (in a bit of a "downward dog" position" -- which I couldn't do to save my life.
Thanks again, my friend.
Clove, cinnamon, and thyme oils are not recommended for internal use. They are going to highly irritate your gut and cause a lot of inflammation. Cinnamon and clove oils are going to burn your digestive system. Ive tried them and would never touch those again. Those are most likely to kill some friendly bacteria as well because they are so strong.
