I have noticed vodka have a tranquilizing effect on them as well. Don´t think it kills them though but not sure. There are so many different species. It doesn´t kill large parasites like ascaris.

Never heard of it... alcohol has some Antibiotic properties but killing worms off I would seriously doubt. But the upside is the vodka could make you feel good!

I had wondered about this one too. I'm a recovering alcoholic, and I've often wondered if being an alkie was also somehow beneficial to people, because I could never figure out why drunks could otherwise survive so much physical havoc. They are the hardest people on the planet to kill off, unlike the regular human with blood in their bloodstream, rather than alcohol. It's a heritary condition, alcoholics do seem to reproduce and thrive, so I have always wondered. I might have had parasites while I was drinking, but I wasn't in any condition to care;)

But trust me on this one, it's just not the way to go. I'm really glad to be sober.

Yes I often wondered how my skunk drunk neighbor managed to live with all his pets-5 cats,3 dogs,2 rabbits, 2 ferrots, 3 birds, 1 duck, 1 rat, 1 hampster, tons of fleas inside where they all lived, tons of tapeworms, couple of ticks,house load of strange neighbors,wandering drug-head kids going in and out of the house all day.
Yeah, I'd guess one can say one is protected from bugs when drowned in alcohol and
smoking ciggys.((I'm going to say it makes bugs drunk enough to get flushed down
the toliet bowl). That is why my mom made fennel tea it would also get the bugs
drunk. (if one can only incorporate something like DE (diatamaceous earth) into
that vodka it could really do bug some damage)????

I can't remember ever seeing the man eat only had a liquor in his cup and a cigarette in the other hand.

Besides smoking tobacco... it was placed on children's stomach to rid parasites
in olden days. I wonder if tobacco could help rid internal bugs??
Maybe the bugs know humans aren't good eating when on alcohol diet...
and of course no good eats..THAT'S WHY THE BUGS GO ELSEWHERE???? ha.

I keep Vodka in a sprayer for all rooms.
I added cinnamon in vodka as a mouth wash.
I put on my hands when returning from touching store carts.
One can wash clothes in vodka to rid bacteria,smell,and odors.
I spray on my hands when start to clean or cook.

When we speak about alcohol we always speak about alcoholism. However it is possible to drink alcohol without being an alcoholic.

The evidence is the following. Nothing survives in alcohol.
For instance, Wine Yeast is killed between 6 and 8 % of alcohol.

I am french, people who have candida in france are people who are not wine drinker or alcohol drinker. Interesting isn't it ?

I think if you put a nematode in alcohol. I dont think it will survive for a long time.

Alcohol is not digested by body and not turned into sugar. It is turned into acetic acid.
