I'm meeting co-workers for dinner on Wed., but since I picked out the place I know I will be having my favorite salad. Because that means protein in the evening, the afternoons of the 8th and 9th will be vegetarian (likely just a snack on the 8th & veggie meal on the 9th). I'm meeting my book club members for a happy hour on the 9th, I don't think that will become my cheat day. But, we'll see. I don't drink alcohol, but happy hours do have bar food. Sunday, I'm meeting my suishi club on for all you can eat suishi (will likely do sashimi). I don't have anything planned for Friday & Saturday night as of right now, so this week may be "cheat" free week. That said, I will fast one day this week (likely Friday).
Physically, I feel great. I can't believe how flat my stomach is. I've lost a lot of "booty". My clothes fit wonderfully. I need new underwear. My hair is healthy and shiny. No more shedding. For some reason, I can't get myself to oil pull in the morning. I floss and use baking soda to brush my teeth. My face has completely dried up. My BMs are pretty good. I can tell via my first urination that my kidneys are functioning well. I think my next one day fast the tea for the day will be Parsley.
Goals for the week: Lose 2lbs (CW 131.2; GW: 115). Run 10 miles. Attend at least 2 yoga sessions.
Walk my dog at least 1.5 hours a day. Devote 30 minutes of each evening to him.
Complete my bookclub book; begin reading the 1924 Pulitzer Prize Fiction Winner. Purchase water distiller. Call an old friend. Call a new friend. Call my brother.
Say hello to at least 5 strangers; strike up a conversation with one stranger. Close outstanding matters at work. Become more comfortable with delegating responsibilities. Order/Purchase a bikini (if they are still available). I need a new suit. I'm finally comfortable with going to the pool. Last open weekend is Labor Day.
Clean my dog's ears on a daily basis.
Begin planning next road trip.
The list looks long. But, I think everything can be done.
Whole Foods Shopping List:
Dog Food Udo's Oil (Bought unflavored cod liver oil. Udo's has soy, which I'm trying to stay away from) Bragg's ACV* BSM* Liquid Probiotic* (Bought Bio-K. Expensive. But, I think its what I need. When I'm done drinking these (after I complete my WF Probiotics), I will be done with the Probiotics.)
Lakewood Fruit Juice (waiting until I run out of OJ; will cycle juices until apple cider is in season) - went with fresh fruit
Sunflower Seed Oil* Olive Oil*
Senna Tea
I will provide a review of the week Sunday evening. I will be keeping separate notes. If something interesting happens to me physically, I will interrupt the flow of the blog with a post.
