2, 1 - Countdown to 6 months of Rebuilding

August 4th - 2 Days until Rebuilding Phase
Morning (5:04 am):
I went to bed way too late. I definitely won't be running this morning. As soon as I am done writing, I have to hop in the shower and get ready. I have to give Samson at least 45 minutes of attention before I leave to catch my train.
I can tell what I'm doing is working via my face. The bumps are drying out. My face is no longer oily. The waste is moving in the right direction.
I'm bloated from eating those veggies last night. I think I will stick to eating only a noon meal and a veggie snack before 6pm. I have to make sure that vegetables make up at least 60% of the main meal. If I am hungry, the hormonal balance drink in the evening or another "drink" will help take care of that. I'm hoping the lemon water and OJ drink will get things moving before I leave.
I have my 16oz bottle of acv water to drink prior to eating baseball stadium food already prepapre. I made some empanadas to snack on while taking the train to NYC. While the OJ drink is enough when I'm just working, I know this trip is going to burn a lot of energy.
Okay. I need to get ready. Will update when I return home.
