Goals:

Not a very good day. I feel sick and honestly, exhausted from the lack of sleep. I should include the number of hours I sleep from now on for monitoring. I will sleep early tonight.
I shall jog tomorrow morning to help the detox. I will be busy tomorrow. I have a full day of clinics(9-5pm) tomorrow and am going back to medical school to borrow a gastroentegology textbook for personal study. I will be home late.
Things I need to improve:
1. Sleep when I am tired (I usually fight and ignore my exhuastion)
2. Sleeping hours increase to at least 8 hrs on weekdays and 10 hrs on weekends
3. Organize my personal notes (they are all over the place and it frustrates me when I am trying to retrieve data)
4. Invest a little time in studying nutrition
5. Cravings management: spend time away from house, visualize goals and breathe, drink water, take a walk
One day at a time. My boyfriend sent his love the night before--tremendously motivating.
