I know already that the hard-core MCers will say, "then it's not the master cleanse". so be it, I'm still fasting and I'm listening to what I feel my body needs right now. And rather than crash and burn, I made a few changes.
I went to this place here in NYC and they gave me a recipe for an Electrolyte lemonade that is amazing and completely lifted my out of the misery I was in. I still think about food and feel a little hunger but this is now managable. so, the lemonade has celtic sea salt in it, as well as raw virgin olive oil, fresh apple juice and lemon.
it's a richer drink with fats in it. I included one yesterday and it completely saved me. today I added 3.
the other thing I added was a little coconut water. it's full of potassium and helps you stay hydrated, which I felt the MC was not helping me stay. I was peeing every few minutes and felt dehydrated no matter how much water I drank.
so, that's just what I'm doing, my experience here. I thought I would share it for those of you who might now feel the MC is working for them. take it or leave it, I'm not a proffessional.
But please chime in if you read this and tell me what you think. I'm still into hearing opinions.
I haven't lost any weight since I added this, either. But I haven't ruled out that that will happen.
I thought it was all water weight anyhow.
