I'm grumpy as hell right now. But it might have more to do with the fact that the train was broken down this morning than the fast. I am having cravings. I don't feel a tremendous amount of hunger, but I am a little hungry but it's mostly cravings. I find that I'm constantly drooling. Don't worry, not on the outside of my mouth. I guess that's not drooling, it's mouth-watering. yes. I'm salvating. (drink drink drink, yum)
I got a couple of morning chore right out of the way and am about to get to work but I wanted to check in.
don't give up, don't give up (this is my mantra)
here are others:
food will always be there, this is only temporary, I will feel and look great when I'm done, this will give my body a chance to rid myself of all the crud and I can start new and introduce back foods slowly and eat right, and lastly, maybe someone will want to have sex with me when I look hot (just kidding)
