still feel great

i still feel great!! i have always eaten really healthy but i have REALLY stepped it up a knotch since the cleanse. i eat SO MANY vegetables its crazy.
since the cleanse has ended, i also have a much better time figuring out how foods affect me right after i eat them. i have discovered that i CANNOT have dairy. i always knew i couldnt have milk products but cheese never bothered me (or so i thought)
i am trying a test run on no beans. my colon hydrotherapist suggested this to reduce gas and bloating so i am bean free for now.
no soy either. those are beans, obviously, so oat and almond milk for me. i make my own and its yummy!
as far as wheat goes, i am only doing sprouted wheat and very limited intake.
no meat, only fish. pretty much what i did before, anyway.
one other think that i think is really important is food combining. its too much to explain right here (but its really simple once you get used to it)

lets see... ive gone from one bowel movement a day to 3! EVERY DAY! thats great.
i feel great... no caffeine, thats another improvement.
for boosts of energy i made a concoction:
3 T royal jelly
4 T raw cacao powder
peppermint oil (or fresh peppermint from my garden)
rosemary
blend this all together and take a teaspoon anytime i need a boost. (i dont take more than about 3-4 a day)
