i thought all tea was allowed??? maybe i am wrong.
the tea is yogi tea's 'fasting' tea and has appetite suppressing qualitites.
i think i read somewhere that this was okay.
the benefits of the tea are to aid digestive funtions, support metabolism, and encourage internal cleansing. the appetite suppressent is garcinia fruit that not only suppresses the appetite but reduces cholesterol and fats in the liver and disrupts the process by which the body stores excess calories as fat. it also has herbs that help with circulation and herbs that cleanse the blood. also it has alfalfa leaf, indian bacopa leaf and english hawthorn berry which aid the body in the elimination of wastes. and to keep going, it has herbs that help detox the liver (burdock, dandelion and yellow dock root)
now how can that be bad???
