Account for Day 4 and beginning of Day 5
Day 4 and beginning of Day 5...it is all attitude
Date: 11/8/2006 10:30:57 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 3224 times Ah, all I have to say is that changing your attitude and your life habits can be wonderful. I have tried over and over to work on my attitude but I fail. Some thoughts (most thoughts)and habits are so deeply ingrained that it is almost impossible to change. But after starting my journey here and watching The Secret and putting into action the Law of Attraction, I am seeing changes and others are too.
I could go on forever with that, but about day four. Tuesday I worked out of town. I loaded up my equipment and my juice and headed out. Returning to town I accepted another appointment due to my energy being pretty good. I did have some soup and an apple last night after juicing all day. Fuel. Amazingly I couldn't believe how full I felt after such a light meal. I think that really chewing your food very well brings more satisfaction and fullness. I slept fairly well and decided to drop my pain med that I normally take at night but woke up at 5 am and felt I needed it. That is part of my goal, to drop some of my meds. It is a start and tonight if I feel as good as I did last night, I will do the same and eliminate it again.
Morning of day 5. I am going to juice all day. I have a medium schedule that goes late into the evening but I want to experiment. I have amazingly upped my water and it is going down as well as my Miller Lites used to do. lol I am pleased with that and it seems to staive off the hunger pains. Haven't really had any and maybe that is the reason.
Tomorrow I have a very full schedule and Friday as well, so I plan on juicing during the day, but I will have soup Thursday evening so I don't cheat anyone.
I have started a supplemental juice that is a daily vitamin/whole food with goji berries but it also has alittle Korean gensing in it for energy. Yesterday I had an ounce of that before my last massage and man, it really made a difference. I've never taken anything that you could feel within a half an hour.
The weekend will be total juicing and working on elimintation (senna tea), body brushing and more physical activity. I am really excited about life, more than I can remember in a long time. I even am not bothered by the mess in my house as I know my plans for the weekend will take care of that.
Sound too up? Well, it is a needed change. I only have one life and it certainly has been full of challenges but that was then and this is now.
Hope all are doing well. Keep the faith!
Be well,
Willa
