Morning, Day 2
Day 2 of my juice fast

Woke up exhausted today. Had an over night guest that sounded like a freight train and then my loving son, who is supposed to call me if he will be late, didn't get home until 6am. I finally got my best sleep from 6 am until 8:30.
I did my first oil pull yesterday. It was different. And yes it was white when I spit it out. When I rinsed and then brushed my teeth I had the most horrid taste in my mouth. I wonder about that. Also, I went to the bathroom right after the pull and my ph was 8+ and then an hour later it was 6.2. Anyone know anything about that? I thought it was interesting.
I couldn't oil pull this morning. I just felt too tired and weak and just wanted my water and juice. Food for fuel and energy? Novel idea. I know I am loosing weight. I feel it in my stomach. I don't think I will weight for another two weeks. Did light indoor exercise, but may get out today as they predict weather in the 50's.
I did well yesterday, felt no hunger, maybe psychological hunger but not physical. I drank water but need to up it to two more large glasses. It seems to be going down easier. Will have my senna tea today.
I watched the documentary "The Secret" yesterday. I think someone on this site posted it and I bookmarked it and didn't watch it for a couple of weeks. Boy, it made a difference in my life. If you are having any problems in life, I can't suggest watching this more. I did things and felt things I hadn't done in a long time. I am going to make my son watch it. I think it might kick him into gear. (oh yeah, that is why I lost my post...tried to give a link to the movie)
