OK, I've made it to day 4. I managed to avoid the snickerdoodles last night. Though I have to admit, this morning when I saw them sitting on the counter they looked very good! I love cookies the next day -- they always taste better to me. Anyway, enough about food. I'm on day 4, I'm supposed to be past my urges. I had my SWF this morning. I just got to work and had 2 cups of water. I'm dying of thirst so I'm about to go refill my 2 cups.

I finally got a scale and weighed myself last night, I weighed 138.6 lbs. I got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, then when I weighed myself this morning I assumed I'd be a little lighter. Nope, 1 lb. more, 139.5 lbs. I think I'm really holding onto all this water I'm drinking. I just usually always weigh less if I weigh myself first thing in the morning.

I'm hoping now that it's day 4 maybe I'll start feeling a difference or at least seeing a difference on the scale.
