Almost the end of day 2

It's early in the evening, almost 6:30PM. I'm about to drink my tea. I'm hoping that by drinking it early in the evening I'll be able to sleep through the night and won't have to get up multiple times to go to the bathroom.

It's still a struggle to not just give in to my cravings. I have this mentality that I can just have one last good meal and then I can start the cleanse over again the next day. But I know the vicious cycle would just repeat itself if I did give in. I'm hoping that if I can get through today and tomorrow those feelings will pass.

I'm also really hoping that this cleanse will help cure my "eating even though I'm not hungry" problem.
