Hey There,
I'm only on day 7 of my first juice fast but I can tell you it has to be by far easier than the MC. I've read numerous journals of people doing MC and it is nothing like my juice-fast experience. It has been incredibly easy (and fun because of all the options open to you) so far. I feel good, have tons of energy and havn't been hungry at all. Although my sense of smell has increased 10fold!!!
Good luck for the rest of your program!! I'll be checking in to see how it's going.
