I added a little molasses to my pre-breakfast lemon and water drink

BREAKFAST (Ok, this wins the wierd breakfast of the year award)
4 bites of watermelon and a few cherries
Black coffee
Peanuts
A few raw other nuts
Two radishes
Small piece of raw salmon
A little dandelion juice

LATER AM
A little raw ginger
A heaping spoon ground up flax seeds in half glass of water
Sugarfree popsicle (has nutrasweet)

MID AM SNACK
Mung bean threads with ok seasoning
A few small pieces salami (no dairy)
Cooked spinach
peanut butter (the bad for you kind)
rice cake

LUNCH
Rice cake with peanut butter (the bad for you kind)
A banana
Raw carrots
Black coffee
A few spirulina tablets
Homemade gingersnap (no wheat or gluten)

AFTERNOON SNACK
A very small amount diet root beer (very healthy ;-), no caffeine
Raw nuts and a few raisins
Buckwheat (only) bread spread with:
butter (instead of ghee)raw salmon and a little ham (no dairy)
A little cod liver oil and two dessicated liver tablets

DINNER
Rice snaps (have a little corn and soy in them)
A little dandalion juice
A slice of peach and some watermelon
This salad which was REALLY REALLY GOOD: Sauteed big slices of garlic in olive oil in the same pan that someone else was sauteeing their salmon with seasonings. These garlic slices picked up the flavor of the salmon ans spices, and were DELICIOUS - eating them with plain romaine lettuce, YUM.
Also has some other romaine lettuce with dressing that has some corn in it.
Asparagus
Rice (part brown part white)
2/3 of a nutritional bar (no cocoa products) does have milk protein in it

This evening I'll again do the alternative little liver flush that I did last night.

I finished my last food for the day at 6:50pm.

2 3/4 hours after the last food (9:35pm) took a flat spoon of epsoms with about a half glass of water Then at about 10:00 took:

A mixture of one raw egg yolk, juice of 1 lemon, and 1/2 TB olive oil, then chewed on a piece of raw ginger to get the taste out of my mouth.
