Food allergies RUIN your life 19 y
I give up - if anyone can untangle the web of their own food sensitivities then great, but I can't try anymore.
All the crap that food allergies cause:
They are one of the worst causes of gallstones, and...
...and people with extensive food allergies can’t prepare to do a liver flush to try to eliminate the gallstones, because they can’t simply eating raw foods or ”eat lightly” to prep for a liver flush - because food allergies cause constipation. EVEN FOODS THAT ARE GOOD FOR EVERYBODY ELSE! Green beans, anyone?
Food allergies, if the person continues to leave those foods in the diet, cause insurmountable constipation or other bowel problems, not alleviated at all by any bowel product.

REASON FOR CLEANING LIVER TO IMPROVE FOOD ALLERGIES
Those of you who’ve visited this blog before know that the list of actual cures for food allergies that I’ve found enough references to online is short. One of the cures on that short list is cleaning out the liver. A few of the references I found were from people who did liver flushes and got rid of some or all of their food allergies after a series of the flushes. Problem for some of us food allergy people is that the bowels need to be moving well, and resp ... read more

Update on methods to reduce food allergies, including trials of peroxide, butyrate, and bowel cleansing
(For notes that apply to this blog, scroll to the bottom of this message)
Update on my experiments with these possible fixes for food allergies:
Use of internal peroxide: Have been trying a teaspoon or so of peroxide (always take this or other oxygen supps on an empty stomach, so they don’t oxidize food in your stomach), for a couple of weeks. No real change in food allergy symptoms. I think that for some people, their food allergies are caused by parasites, and perhaps the peroxide happens to target whatever parasite that person has, thus eliminating the bug and the allergies. Special bowel cleansing steps for people with food allergies who have small intestine inefficiency
Notes that always apply to my blog entries:
A. Technically the word ”food allergies” only applies to those who go into shock, but the words intolerances and sensitivities are just too darn long, so in this blog, ”insensitivities” and ”intolerances” will be called food allergies. Symptoms of these types of intolerances can be many. If you’re not sure if you have food allergies, a Google on ”intolerance” (or sensitivity) and ”food”, or ”food allergies” can help - beware of western medicine stating that the only food allergies are those that put people into shock. "Jam" thats ok for food allergies (and candida people) 19 y
Recipe for Jam that is acceptable for people with many food allergies, or those on a candida diet.
Another quick kitchen trick: if you are sensitive to many fruits, and/or have candida and can’t tolerate the sugar in fruit, but miss the tart-sweet treat of jam to spread on whatever-type-of-breadlike-substance you eat, try this:
Buy cranberries, plain ones. In the US, in many cities these are easily found in any grocery store during the months of November or December, as stores load up for Thanksgiving holiday, but then they disappear altogether for the rest of the year. The bags are usually in the product department.
Wash the cranberries in plain water, then simmer on your stove ... read more

Food substitutes for food allergies
Hi all, (this will be short becuase I’ve let wheat in my diet too much recently, gives me joint pain and fatigue.)
Some kitchen tricks. There will be more in future posts, I’ll set them out here as I think of them - these are things I do out of habit, but haven’t written down until now:
Allergic to dairy and soy, and need a ”milky” substance?
If you don’t want the sweetness of rice milk (all rice milk is sweet for some reason), try canned or fresh made coconut milk. Canned is oh-so smooth. Freshly make in your blender from coconut and water isn’t as smooth, but fresher. Canned ... read more

Readers of this blog know what I mean by the phrase “hermit land”. Loosely described as the isolation a person would have to live in to avoid all of his/her food allergens when there are more than just a few to avoid. In future weeks of this blog, I’ll delve further into progress experimenting with ways to actually get rid of food allergies (I hope), but in the meantime, there are tips that can help survive and get through the weeks.

Food allergies: parasites may cause their onset; Also, parasites may be the cause of inconsistent cleansing results
Hello all; as mentioned in my first blog posting, during several years of searching for info on food allergies I ran into citations from a few people who stated that they had been cured of food allergies following specific parasite eradication. The citations I had found sounded credible to me, and were from sources that weren’t selling anything. Aha! Hope perhaps? That could explain why so many people have acquired food allergies, they weren’t born with them, so their sudden development later might be due to a parasite moving into their body somewhere.
So let’s think this through: ... read more
Food allergies: Working on Bowel cleansing for the food allergic person, definition of “hermit land” 19 y
Complications with food allergies while bowel cleansing, experiences with specific cleansing protocols, "hermit land"
On the last blog posting, I discussed why we are back to cleansing the bowels, and that it looks like it has to happen before anything else. Sounds familiar, but it’s more complicated for those sensitive to a handful of different foods. Recommendations in general from curezone seem to be: getting to 3 or more bowel movements a day to get rid of old gunk…and then adding psyllium or other fiber products to further scrape gunk off the intestinal walls. But for “allergics”, it’s not that easy.
I had for years used daily water enemas to stay regular, but had avoided taking supplements for ... read more
Food allergies: Hints of cures; also: bowel cleansing may need to come first before other steps for the food allergic person 19 y
Two ways I've found people cure their food allergies; and why bowel cleansing may need to come first before other steps for the food allergic person
In my last blog posting, I mentioned that out of tons and tons of web information I’d read, I had only found a few mentions of people actually curing their food allergies. Most postings didn’t discuss cures, only recommending avoiding the problem foods – which, as we know, is next to impossible. Of those few citations of people actually curing their food allergies, (I think I found 15 or so over the course of years) all of them credited one of the following two methods as the step that brought about the cure:
Method 1. Finding an anti-parasite product that targets some specific paras ... read more

Food allergies make cleansing much more difficult, yet cleansing may be the only route away from food allergy symptoms: blog to start exploring the best path
Ok here it is - food allergies, also known as food sensitivities, or food intolerances.
