Not sure if I'm doing this right, or if this will get to you ... just wanted to let you know that you're not just a voice in the wilderness, LOL. I read your "saga" and it actually gave me some ideas about my own chronic constipation. I go twice a week for colonics but don't have any bowel movements on my own. Granted, my diet is pretty bad. I admit it. LOL. My colonic lady said that when people do psyllium, senna, sagrada, etc. TOO MUCH ... it causes the very thing that it's supposedly trying to cure. In other words, too much of that stuff DOES cause you to become more constipated ... so it's not just your imagination. And I have a feeling that your "mucus theory" might be pretty damn accurate! When I have colonics, a LOT of mucus comes out of me and I eat way too many dairy products. So maybe that's the key to helping things along. At any rate, that's what I'm going to try. Going on a dairy-free diet isn't going to hurt anyone and it might help.
Thanks for sharing your trials and tribulations! I appreciate it. Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
