Food allergies: Hints of cures; also: bowel cleansing may need to come first before other steps for the food allergic person
Two ways I've found people cure their food allergies; and why bowel cleansing may need to come first before other steps for the food allergic person

Most postings didn’t discuss cures, only recommending avoiding the problem foods – which, as we know, is next to impossible. Of those few citations of people actually curing their food allergies, (I think I found 15 or so over the course of years) all of them credited one of the following two methods as the step that brought about the cure:
Method 1. Finding an anti-parasite product that targets some specific parasite, killing that parasite and eliminating the toxins that the parasites have emitted.
OR
Method 2. Liver cleansing, often through the Liver Flush but not always, and which seems to require a thoroughly cleansed bowel/intestinal tract FIRST, or soon thereafter.
Amazing to me, that a parasite can cause a body to experience reactions to foods that formerly hadn’t caused any problems. But the people who credited relief of food allergies to eliminating specific parasites sounded credible to me, and were from sources that weren’t selling anything.
In the last blog post, I talked about bowel cleansing. That crucial step, bowel cleansing, seems to be a necessary FIRST step to pursing either method 1 or 2. Reason: taking anti-parasite products won’t completely kill parasites if the walls of the bowel have lots of old gunk sticking to them, where the parasites can hide. And as for method 2, cleansing the liver apparently can’t happen without the bowel being cleansed first, or at least around the same time as cleansing the liver. I did try a liver flush last spring without thoroughly cleansing the bowels first, and got zero results – so I’m going to assume the bowels really must be cleansed first.
Next time: details on experience with bowel cleansing
