BREAKFAST
Green apple
A few corn puffs (have seasoning but no dairy)
Rice cake with olive oil, cinnamin and stevia
Rice cake with ghee and unsweetened mayonaisse
Black coffee (over did it and got a little jumpy)
Watermelon
A little carob with coconut milk
A little diet ginger ale (nutrasweet)
A bite of beef (helps calm me from too much coffee)
LUNCH
Beef with unsweetened mayo
Navy beans with olives and ok spices
Homemade vegetable soup
Raw cashews
AFTERNOON SNACK
Green grapes
Rye crackers (no wheat) with mustard and ham (no no-nos)
Unsweetened mayo
Kool aid sweetened with stevia
Homemade gingersnaps using quinoa and rice flour, sweetened with molasses and stevia
Coconut milk
DINNER
I had a lot of the homemade gingersnaps at snack time, so I'm not hungry for dinner. Carrots sounded good though, so had those, plus some plain lemon in water.
This evening I'm trying an alternative little liver flush. Three hours after the last food, took a slightly rounded spoon of epsoms with about a half glass of water (9:30 pm). Then at about 10:00pm I took:
A mixture of one raw egg yolk, juice of 1 and 1/2 lemons, and 1/2 TB olive oil.
