Day 18, afternoon

Still hanging in, but questioning if this is working for me

I'm still hanging in! I'm really hungry and generally feel blah. I am starting to question whether or not this fast is working. I can't figure out if i should or shouldn't be having bms on my own. I am. I guess that means I am still digesting, which means my body isn't really fasting at all, right? I'm not sure. I'm trying to figure this all out.
I've already had three juices today, though! And it is only 4pm. I may or may not have a fourth when my husband gets home from work. I'm really just kind of blue. Why work so hard if it isn't doing your body any good. My skin still looks horrible, my weight loss has stalled, and I'm still digesting, I guess. What's going on?
I did committ to this for 30 days, however, and 30 days i'm going to do.
