About 7 years ago my Fiance found out that he was severely allergic to gluten/wheat. To the point where he would be in bed all day curled over for eating a piece of toast. At first we were so upset about not eating bread, pasta, and baked goods. His Mom who is Italian thought I had brain washed her pasta-loving-son into a "health freak". But really he had no choice.
It actually has really turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I must have been mildly allergic to it myself and find I have so much more energy staying away from the stuff all together.
The funny thing is that when we go out to eat, he always has to start out the order by saying " I am allergic to Wheat" ..... and 9 times out of 10 they think he has either said "I am allergic to Weed" or "I am allergic to Meat". And they always end up laughing at first.
So, yeah, long story short...... staying away from wheat makes a huge diff!! ; ) Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
