Day 18, morning
Struggling and stalled weight loss

I want to make it, and I think I will make it to at least 30 days, but it is so much HARDER these last few days. It just is harder, very difficult to describe, but hard. I only did three juices yesterday, so I might try four today.
But the other thing that is I am not losing weight. I am still stuck at 139.5. It's been almost a week with NO weight loss at all. I don't understand why. That means in 18 days of fasting I have only managed to lose 9.5 pounds. I don't think that is very good, especially since most of it was in the first week and was probably all water weight. I am feeling pretty frustrated. I think I could take this now almost constant hunger if I was seeing some weigh tloss. I'm going to keep hoping and maybe I'll see another decent size drop in the next few days. I guess my body is just holding on to this extra weight for some reason. I am trying to figure out how to let it go.
