just keep onWell yesterday I screwed up a little but I am not going to let that stop me like last timee. I am just going to jump right back on the wagon. I ate a little salad yesterday-oops and then my husband was having a burrito and I took a few bites also a few bites of chocolate chip cookies. I was mad and then got on the treadmill and burned 400 calories. I am not going to beat myself up and eat bad for awhile and then start over. I am just going to keep striving towards my goal.
I am really kind of obsessed with losing weight. I really feel like I can never accomplish my goals. I really want to lose 15 pounds so badly. So far I have lost 8 but I have 15 more to go. It seems so unreal, like i will just not get there. I really need some help to keep me getting there. If anyone knows more on weight loss in a health but effective way I would appreciate passing on the knowledge. Thank you all for your support!!!!!!!!
