starting over

starting fresh

I am going to start over. I messed up and beat myself up and started eating terrible. I even thought I cant tell anyone or come back and blog. I am letting everyone know i am starting tomorrow and I will try to write about everyday. I am hoping and praying that I will successfully accomplish a 15 pound weight loss in 20 days and keep it off by maintaining a good diet after.......
