Celtic Sea Salt
After trying several sea salts I found Celtic Sea Salt to be the best tasting and digesting.

I don’t know why it’s taken me so long to realize that the salt makes all the difference. I just went out and bought Celtic Sea Salt in a bag for about $4 (it's not cheap). It also comes in a shaker. It's light grey in color, the grains are large and a bit moist. For those of you who don’t live near health food stores you can order it over the internet. It goes down much smoother and tastes a bit less nauseating than any of the other sea salts I have tried. I was using unrefined sea salt. But after searching through the master cleanse support forum, I saw many people suggesting it. This is day five for me so it’s a very encouraging way to start the halfway mark of my fast. Day four was particularly hard. I had to meet friends at a favorite Mexican restaurant. Someone at the bar even sent a drink over to me and I had to politely refuse it. Tonight I am going to a concert, so it should be a good way of taking my mind off the fast. Of course I will bring a container of the lemonade with me. Good luck to all.
