Day 8 - feeling great...
Date: 2/20/2006 9:20:13 AM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 1747 times Am feeling great except for the #2 factor, which I SWEAR I am taking care of it tonite. Yes, I surfed the forums and found that some just cannot do SWF and the tea does not work for me. It really does have the opposite effect and I suck at figuring out the dosages. So, I will go the enema route for the next 5 days. I will definitely do implants to restore the good flora.
I lost 1/2 lb. since ytdy. still +1/2 from Friday, but still in a loss mode. I know, I know quit reading the scale, but yes, my real motivator is to lose weight. I just think I might just keep going until I feel I have to go off of it.
Worked out again today, walked the treadmill for 15, rowed for 5, attended my power class. This is at 50% what I usually do. I think my body is finally adjusting. Only woozie when I got up this morning...had to stumble to center myself and turn on the bathroom light! But I honestly feel I can make it past Thursday. Might just make it a 3 week thing. We will see, I talk a big game, but gotta figure the follow through ;). I started soaking some oat groats and rye today and I will be making essene bread. I saved the veggies I used for my broth and will add it to the essen bread for a little fun (yes, I know, not entirely raw, but do not want to waste all the good veggies, at least the fiber will help!)
About my broth, I made a HUGE pot of broth. It was too spicy until I added a carton of that store bought broth I made yesterday. (I added cayenne to keep my system jumping!) Now, that was good stuff maynard. Ok, so I think basically I am in some kind of MC 'lite' because of eating the veggie broth and I added my spirulina flakes because I talked about it. So ok, it is a modified MC. I just felt I needed that. But I have not started on the OJ yet. Oops, feel like a little bit of a failure, but I am still not 'chewing' food.
