eft, congestion

I'm noticing more the energy and sensations that emotions bring. DH and I were driving on a sometimes busy road and I thought DH was going to turn and he was going a little faster than I thought he should. He thought a car wasn't going to stop at the light, so he breaked suddenly. In that split second, an electrical shock feeling blinked right behind my eyes. This was the physical sensation with that emotion of surprise and confusion. This could have been an energetic shock that blocks up meridians. Later on I did tap around those places for that shock and surprise. I don't know if I even needed it, but it seemed like a logical thing to do.
My VT partner PM was really stuffed up today. Her DH has moved to follow the job and she has to sell the house and stay here. So they are apart and she's sad about that and not happy with the realtor. She recognizes that all these things are the cause of her sinus congestion. We tapped about 4 rounds and ears unstopped and some congestion went away. She has more to do especially with the emotional causes.
I've decided to try something new. You can use a positive affirmation with the tapping, so why not something very personal like a patriarchal blessing? (For those reading this who don't know what that is - its a blessing given by a man I believe to be called of God to have authority to speak for God in giving me a personal message)
I am taking one line a day and tapping all points with that message. Not sure what benefit it will be, but I'm trying it anyway.
