First, I must say that this book is thoroughly amazing and quite revolutionary. An "activation" in itself, it helps explain so much "ener-genetic" phenomena in the universe and our roles in the very creation and sustaining of these (i.e., our own realities). A person truly ready for healing has to move beyond victim consciousness and begin imagining and embracing the life s/he wants to live.

This is the essence of manifestation. When you’re fully empowered with clear intention, you can create the reality you choose. Healing, as opposed to curing, is a co-creative process, one that hinges on one’s willingness and desire to be whole. It involves conscious attention and intention. You have to value yourself enough to support your process of unfoldment with unconditional love. Conscious Healing is the perfect guide not only to the Regenetics Method but for anyone on a path of conscious personal mastery. I have found it heart opening as well, as it helped me to better see and understand the unity in all things. I plan on writing a more in depth review of the book so stay posted.

I’ve grown so much in so many ways in my Regenetics process. It’s worth noting that the three DNA activations correspond to the different “subtle bodies.” Potentiation is geared to the physical, Articulation works with the mental, and Elucidation operates at the emotional and spiritual levels. This is by no means mutually exclusive because everything is systemically interrelated, but I certainly noticed how consciously shifting old patterns or beliefs also released stored toxicity or trauma from my body.

I felt like with Potentiation my body cleansed the main metabolic pathways in order to allow a proper flow of nourishment from food and the environment. This happened by way of an electromagnetic repatterning of the bioenergy fields that broke old degeneration patterns from negative genetic encodements via vaccines or other environmental toxins. Even karmic history and developmental traumas can alter DNA. So establishing a “reset” of the energy flow allows the body, on its own timeline (the body in it’s wisdom always knows what it can handle), to detox foreign substances and re-establish proper cellular communication.

This is how allergies can gradually disappear, because not only are you restoring the body’s inherent wisdom, you begin removing a toxin burden from the body, allowing systems not to feel threatened by food or substances that stimulate a “Candida war.” (See my other blog entry for more on Candida.)

It was a few months into Potentiation when I realized I was no longer having sugar balance problems. I was no longer sensitive to caffeine either, and a few weeks after that I tested my cat allergies with success by intentionally hanging out in a room where cats live. By changing my mental expectation, I found I experienced NO symptoms of sneezing and wheezing, which before would have had me taking Benedryl just to breathe!

Further into Potentiation I realized I was expanding my consciousness just by allowing, observing and participating in my own healing. I understood for the first time how everything is energy and all you have to do is recognize this to feel its truth. This is how people work with plant spirits and vibrational remedies: by acknowledging the power in them and asking for their assistance. It occurred to me that people could probably do this with supplements and herbs, by just asking for the presence of the energy to assist their healing and not actually taking the substance of it at all! All of this is very shamanic.

I went off all supplements during my process and still have reservations about using them because intuitively I know I no longer need them. My body has been rewired closer to its divine potential and now knows exactly what it’s doing.

Experiencing Articulation Bioenergy Enhancement and Elucidation Triune Activation has empowered me to travel to even greater levels of purity and clarity, but I’ll save these revelations for my next entries.
