I've cut and pasted a basic description of Potentiation Electromagnetic Repatterning below from their website, but the amazing thing is that you don't really have to "do" anything while letting the repatterning unfold. The activation is designed to kick in your body's inherent wisdom so you automatically begin detoxing and re-harmonizing with the environment.
