Day 1

First day of the juice fast, went moderately well.

Not an extremely difficult day for me but I did miss food and eating. And then the dinner time smells! I rushed home from work today only to remember that I started juice fasting again and wouldn't be participating in meal time that was the hardest part of the day for me. Onto day 2!
