Juice Fast Day One

First day back on the fast was a breeze!

Day one was easy. For me being back on juices felt very familiar. It makes me wonder if this is forshadowing of things to come. I wonder if this juice fast will be easier the second time around or if the fast become easier in general with greater frequency.

So far I haven't had any withdrawal symptoms other then hunger. Food smells really great too, even more so now that I'm not eating it again.
