Second Juice Fast (21 days)

Date: 6/22/2005 10:52:57 PM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 3210 times Well I'm back again. It's been exactly 9 days post fast and all I've thought about is getting back on. In fact I feel like I need to do another cleanse.
I've gained about 5 lbs back already but I've been more active. I go to the gym daily and still attend all of the classes as well. I'm going to start posting here again especially for the first 4 days of the fast since those seem to be the hardest. From my first experience I remember once I got past the first 4 days I was on my way. I'm wondering if this juice fast experience will be any easier then the last one. My main goal is to lose more weight 10 lbs to be exact and to maintain this loss in addition to what I lost from the first fast. I also want to detox which comes by giving my liver and GI tract a break.
What I'll be doing:
Nothing too differently from the first fast. I'm working out more and I'd like to maintain that however it may get difficult especially after a few days when I start to feel tired. I'll probably take a b12 and 6 supplement as well since I'm a vegetarian. And of course, I'll be drinking fruit and vegeteble juices, abstaining from food for the 21 day fast.
