Soul Seat
Probably into another shift, I think when one lives freely life is a series of shifts...this is closer to reality than the static nature we impose on our existence.
Date: 8/28/2005 8:34:04 PM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 1176 times Was with the Turbaned One all day today. I am like putty in my own hands. I did 91/2 hours of Kundalini Yoga today, and yes I have lost my grip...but for me~that can't be all bad!
I am a hump of human ecosystems, the mind has been tamed and put on a cookie sheet to be baked....
My God, what am I thinking, Oh well, I guess we already established that I am not thinking. That simplifies.
I am going to bed right now, and will wait for some time before I take on this amount of yoga worship in one day. I am fried...my energy is amped and flat at the same time. A strange combination of whirling chakras and exhaustion.
Enough whining, I do feel as if I had crossed some kind of invisible plane and that there is another shift under way...I broke down and released some more resisitance today
And I learned something about myself...
My masculine energy~ this is the stable energy~ is located "at the end of my breath, and in between my heartbeats~ this is the place that my soul resides in my stable (or masculine) energy. And the essence of this place is "warmth"...This is my true soul nature...not a huge surprise...What's a bigger surprise is the soul seat is masculine by nature, and the Universe is feminine by nature...A little ying yang for you Sunday afternoon.
I am off to shower and hit the hay...this little camper is out of action for the rest of the night...until we meet again...The Kirtan Group rocked last Friday Night and I had a good time...We will be doing it again soon at The exotic bamboo tea room-next week or the one after...It is great fund and a GREAT High.
