Sadhana Day 2
Day 3 Sadhana begins an hour earlier, my stomach muscles are sore and my insides are glowing...Day 3 begins early so we may share Amrit Vela worldwide- tomorrow is Yogi Bhajan's birthday-the first one since he has transitioned...we are showing our devotion and love...I have a date friday night- wonder how he'll like my snoring and drooling...It is the true test of a man...We are going to a Kirtan night...so I may be able to sneak in 15 minutes of sleep...
Date: 8/25/2005 7:50:23 PM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 1195 times Made it for the 4am call to practice Kundalini, meditate, (and nap this time), and chant. WHoa, I feel a difference all ready...and I am getting all ready...
4am~I come in they are already gathered and reading prayers...I sit and get ready for the KY portion...Breath of fire up the ying yang...Heh! then leg lifts (which are good for me) while doing breath of fire. Each excercize is 11 minutes, Lordy...with breath of fire and the exercise it is slightly taxing for me...AND my stomach muscles are sore from yesterday...Oh well the results will be worth it.
5am~ we lie on sheepskins with blankets or shwals and rest for 15 minutes ( I need it!) Today I teared up and began to feel God and gave gratitude for all being provided just as I need it to be.. for guiding me to these extrodinary people..They open their house at 3 am, for me and the good Doctor, they guide me_the husband by watching my exercises and offering guidance and form; the wife by always telling me to come-even if it is just to sleep in their living room while they do the sets..Astounding hospitality...
5:15am~ we chant, 0ne hour of Long Ek Ong Kar sadhana- 5-8 long chants...I tell God mentally that I will turn my hands and heart to wherver I am needed. I am ready to be used throughly and loved throughly...I am in the prime of my service life. I let it be known to myslef and God that I am being guided to serve. I may be a closet healer...we shall see
6:15am~ Long time sunshine, Long Sat Nam
And off I go to Waldorf....
Tomorrow is the anniversay of Yogi Bhajan's birthday...and we are starting a 3am to coordinate the world around for Amrit Vela...Abrosial Hours...I am needing a nap now- but I have a dinner engagement and then a meeting with my Webmaster- to see if I am a good researcher for my additional cash flow needs....We shall see- all opens to me as a ripe pomegranite bursting with goodness...
