afternoon update

I have abstained from coffee and chocolate for two days now. One day at a time. I also went to confession and poured my heart and soul to my priest. He's awesome, from the Phillipines and takes his time in doing everything *lol* I had one little cup of tea with some milk in it and that was all the animal products I had for the day. I had a sandwich of avocado and soy cheese with greens for lunch, with a small carrot juice (which I got free with a coupon!) and a greens bar. That was at 2 pm. I don't want to eat for the rest of the day. I just had a blended watermelon drink. That E3 Live algae stuff I bought is AWESOME!!! Anyway, I'm going outside to tend to my garden and plant the rest of my seeds. My garden is now complete. I am so happy.
