getting out of the mental doldrums brief note I am in a mental funk today. However, I'm making a decision to not remind in this state. I've had cassava meal with soy milk and a cup of mocha I made from my mom's left over cacao she boiled with some coffee. I had a craving for just some simple food and cassava meal, while it's roasted, is a good bowel food. I'm also going to take some vitamin C too.
