food diary:
coffee w/cereal
banana
distilled water w/extracts to take my oleuropein and coconut oil and gingko pills
mood diary: woke up a bit annoyed.. I slept next to my sister because one of her friends came over to write a term paper. I let him use my bedroom. I'll not be sleeping next to my sister again. I used my proteus machine last night but really should use it this morning too to get rid of the remaining negative vibration.
spiritual life diary: nothing to report, I really need to get to mass but since I've not had confession, I see no point in going. I need to get back into the habit of saying my rosary too.
exercise: I am going to walk to the store to put out patties then head to the beach for my power walk. Yesterday I parked down at the end of the broadwalk and walked to the other end and back. That was five miles. I'm going to do that again today.
errands: I have to mail a check for a spirializer. I can't forget today!
