Sunday spa day and David Wolfe info

I had one glass of lemon and distilled water. My mom had some black cake with homemade frosting on the kitchen table. I was giving it a real hard look *LOL* Instead I made a big glass of pressed garlic,fresh scraped aloes,cayenne, and distilled water. I'm going to help my mom do some cleaning then go to the pool for my steam and sauna.

I didn't post my notes yet on my attendance of the David Wolfe session BUT I did find out that Gabriel Cousens is coming in late May. Woo hoo!
