My fourth liver flush
My fourth experience with Hulda Clark's liver flush
Date: 3/6/2005 7:20:33 PM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 4510 times I finished up my fourth liver flush today. I pretty much followed the Hulda Clark protocol found here on curezone.
My day yesterday consisted of vigorous physical activity in the morning, a very light lunch (salad) at noon, and about a half gallon of water. I downed my epsom salts on time and grapefruit/oil/huldia mixture right before bed. I didn't take any ornithine, but I knew I wouldn't have trouble sleeping. I didn't have a bowel movement before bed (I try every time and it just never happens). Other than that, I followed the recipe by the book.
I woke this morning at 6am sharp and promptly had an easy, medium-sized, solid bowel movement, I couldn't tell if there were any stones embedded in the stool. I had about a half a dozen liquid stools throughout the morning, but I only estimate about 12-15 small stones. There was also some crystalline chaff floating on the water.
I'm pretty disappointed. This flush is very similar to my third flush (very few stones). My first flush was great: 50-60 stones at least. My second flush had only 30-40 stones, but two enormous ones (almost an inch long). But, these last two flushes have been duds.
Thoughts:
A lot of my acne cure program revolves around properly cleansing my liver, and despite the few stones I've flushed the last two times, I'm not convinced that I'm done. There are two things that I believe may be inhibiting the procedure: my sluggish bowel (better, not still slow) and possible parasites. So, next week I'm going to run another Oxypowder cleanse and start my Clarkia program. I'm also looking into buying a zapper. I've been skeptical about the zapping idea for a long time, but I realize now that it's unfounded skepticism. I mean, I know very little about parasites, so why would I think that I can determine a bad remedy?
Also, I just noticed something odd. My skin has always been oily. Embarassingly oily. For the past couple of months, I've noticed that it's been much more manageable. If I wash three times a day with my neem soap, my skin isn't the slightest bit oily to the touch. But, my acne hasn't disappeared with the oil. Frustrating, but I'm going to keep on keeping on.
