Oxypowder Colon Cleanse, Day 7
The last day of my seven-day oxypowder cleanse
Date: 3/1/2005 6:25:23 AM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 4465 times Day 7 of the clenase was similar to the two previous days. My first elimination of the day was dark brown and black. I had two other bowel movements in the morning that were brown and light brown. In contrast, I did have two very small bowel movements in the afternoon/early evening. This is very unusual for me, as I almost never have movements after 2pm. Over the last few days, my eliminations have been a little abnormal. For example, some of the solid matter that I passed on day 7 was blackish and looked like frozen spinach.
I haven't found any specifics about ending the cleanse, so I'm going to assume that you can just stop taking the capsules. So, I did not take any more capsules. I decided to go for a couple of days to see how my natural eliminations might have changed. Assuming my bowel is still sluggish, I'll take a maintenance dose leading up to the weekend, when I plan on doing my fourth liver flush. This way I can be sure that I'm clearing out as many stones as possible. If I decide to do another cleanse, I'm considering the idea of combining oxypowder with psyllium and bentonite. In theory, the psyllium would add fecal mass and weight, which would make my eliminations less watery, and the bentonite would pass more quickly through the system. Maybe in another week.
I'll be starting my Huldia parasite cleanse shortly, but I want to live a day or two in my 'own body'. These cleanses aren't terribly difficult, but I want to give my body a chance to reset and relax. Besides, I'm starting to forget what I'm supposed to feel like normally.
