Get Rid of Thrush: Tea 4 U
An herbal remedy for thrush or any other yeast related problems.

here is a tea I would reccomend
for thrush:
one tablespoon pau d'arco bark
one cup water.
place herbs in a GLASS pot and cover w/ water
let soak overnight.
then boil for 10 minutes tops.
strain off herbs.
use a mouthful at a time
swish liquid in mouth for
a couple minutes before swallowing.

scroll down to the herb/ if you buy bark , must cold soak it first,
if buy powder, then no need for a cold soak,
use only a teaspoon with a cup of boiling water .
and drink as you would, an herbal tea.
or add it to food meal , etc..
either one is 2.25 $ for 4 ounces.

(you can put a few drops in a drink now and then)
*swish drink in mouth
before swallowing to get it on tongue area

the best extra alternative I would suggest
is licorace root/ use same way as you would the pau d'arco.
