30 day water fast to help with diet and health

Water fast -30 days or when my body craves food again...whichever comes first.
I'm back and beginning a new water fast..
I've had a few years of stress and have gained a lot of weight back but not all. So I'm starting with a fast because I know how well they work for me.
Today is day one. It is 12 midnight but I have been fasting since yesterday at 10 am...but since I had food yesterday morning, I'm counting this as day 1.
My starting weight for this fast is 290.
I am exercising by jogging on the treadmill 5 days a week and will try to keep that up during the fast.
Today I feel hungry but good overall. I have consumed water each time my stomach cramps and that has helped me feel better. I know the hunger will go after 2 more days so I can get through that. This is the hardest part of any fast. Luckily I am working so that helps. I have a bit of bad breath today but that is the only sign of detox so far.
I will be using suppositories for when I feel ill. It's a good trick. When you feel sick during a fast it's because your body needs to get rid of toxins so elimination immediately gets rid of that sick feeling...amazing really...also it helps to up your water intake too.
This is purely a water fast with no pills, no caffeine , no sugars or food. And no juice.
