Thanks for your comment. I'm hoping that blogging will help other people with fasting. I find so many benefits for a long time after I'm finished one.
The white tongue thing doesn't really bother me, it is not candida at all, as it is not itchy or anything like that. I did some research on it during my first fast and found that when the tongue goes pink again, it is a sign that your cleansing is finished. So I use it as a guide really.
