Hi
I am presently on day 8 of my water fast. My tongue is still white which is good. My hunger is gone completely. I will start to eat again once my hunger returns. I feel energetic and at peace. I have been jogging still because I get depressed if I dont exercise but I have been taking it easy. I jog about 4 days a week, 6 km a day. I started this fast at about 235 and have lost 15 pounds. I am now at 225 and am feeling pretty good. So far altogether since Feb 2012, I have lost 90 pounds and kept it off. These fasts just really help to cleanse my body after burning fat.

Water fast
Well I’m back again for another fast. I am on day 3 currently. My hunger is gone. My tongue is white already due to cleansing. This is quicker than normal. I feel good. I’m finding that fasting gets easier each time you do it. Maybe it’s easier because I know what to expect so it’s not scary anymore. I went for a run today and I felt very energetic. I ran 6 km. I have to make sure I keep my water intake up so I don’t feel week during my runs. This time the goal is cleansing. Day 7
Well this is Day 7 and I am still on the water fast. I woke up today with lots of energy for some reason so I decided to go for a jog. I jogged my usual 6 km with absolutely no weakness at all! I am not feeling hungry at all and my stomach is not growling. My tongue is white still which is a good sign of detoxing. I made a mistake yesterday and took some tylenol due to a headache without thinking! I had a headache probably from withdrawal from caffeine so I should have just suffered through it but I forgot haha. DAY 5 water fast
Well I got really busy for a few days. I am still on the fast. My appetite went away completely on Day 4. I have jogged for 3 of of the 5 days so far, at 6 km each time. However yesterday I jogged the first three KM and then had to slow down considerably due to feeling weak. I actually walked the last half of the KM. I still felt good but I have to pay more attention to my body. I have been consuming water when I am thirsty or when I feel hunger. WATER FAST for cleansing and weight loss
I am starting another water fast. This time I am not going to say how many days I am doing this for. The reason I am not going to say how long is because my body will determine that on its own. I did a 14 day fast last time and stopped it because it was christmas and I wanted turkey!! I was successful with weight loss and cleansing. This time I am just going to keep going until my body feels hungry again and then simply I will start eating again. I find this to be the simplest and safest way to fast.
