The Quick "Within"
Contemplation for modern day lifestyles.

In addition it is my divine joy to share the spiritual teachings that have been gifted to humanity and most especially modern man. Our modern day lives appear to be propelled by forces of increasing acceleration. In addition the imperative for establishing our individuality only adds to the pace! Is it possible to slow ourselves down or does that interest us?
Fortunately Omraam has shared and encouraged a contemplative approach that I am adopting for the first time in my life and that I find immediate benefit from. He suggests brief pauses during the day to simply be still for a moment and close our eyes. It is the simplest contemplative practice I know of and amazingly to me possibly the most powerful!
I can see that this teaching has influenced Richard Rudd who suggests this kind of contemplation every three hours for five minutes as of the top of the hour. I immediately began practicing that as of a couple months ago when I first heard it. Then I came across Omraam's suggestion to take whatever time we can as often as possible. I think this later approach may be more fitting for the intensity of our modern lives. How about sampling both approaches to see what you prefer?
