The mind is an amazing tool! It's purpose is communication. Complete communications allows the mind to become clear.

Jesus did it!
You can do it! And you can do it as you yourself!
What an awesome time to do it now! This most recent Lunar Eclipse is really something and I intend to have more to say about that soon! In the meanwhile I am inspired to say: You are so much more than your mind!
Human Design shows us that we are nine-centered beings. The "Head Center" is just one of the nine. We also have a Self Center, distinct from our Head Center! However conditioning has impacted virtually everyone and one of the most pervasive, systemic conditionings has been the emphasis on "doing" and "having" vs. "being". Human Design says deconditioning is a seven-year process. I'd add that it's at least a seven-year process!
The Enlightenment Intensive is a three day process. Many individuals have come to Know Who They Are within the three-day intensive! The intensive is a journey from who we think we are to who we are. The journey consists of a Buddha-like contemplation plus communicating with a dyad partner the results of the contemplation. Through this activity the awareness of the individual gets redirected from the mind to the self!
The idea that you are your mind[3] is an idea who's time has been.

October 20th -
Before the "Enlightenment Intensive" came into existence the "journey" to Knowing "Who and what you are" had a number of esoteric traditions that involved teacher-disciple relationships.
"For the teacher-disciple relationship to bear fruit, both master and student must be equally committed to the truth. ... (Omraam) saw it as his duty not to leave disciples alone but to stir them up and remind them of their higher destiny.[4] ... He said:
'My principle is precisely not to satisfy your personality. This makes you annoyed and discontented with me, does it not? Too bad. What I want is to feed your spirit, your divine side ...'"[5]

"A great many of the problems characteristic of our times come ... from the fact that people in the West have upset the balance of their lives. They are no longer centered as they should be in their center of gravity, their life-center. Instead, the brain ... has usurped the central position. Too much thought, too many cares, too much cerebral activity have unbalanced humans."[6]

The Omraam "Thought for the day" fits in here.:
"There is no point in hoping for great spiritual realizations until you are able to interrupt the noisy, disorderly flow of your thoughts and feelings. The thoughts and feelings you do not master are what prevents you from reaching a state of true silence, a state that has a restorative, calming and harmonizing effect. ..."[7]
There are a number of ways to "interrupt". I am willing to share what I know whenever asked. (Sometimes I share something spontaneously! ; ~)
