Eating Days 3 & 4, Liquid Day 1

I'm tracking my days again today. Needless to say I got off my path. I decided to try the liquids for a few days to see what that does. Day 34 was completed successfully with liquids. I'm thinking of changing my rules again to help me get through this. My 120 day broad fast is turning out to be a trial and error experiment. I need to find rules that will work for me so that I can improve my situation. It's great to read the blogs of others and hear their success stories. That is very motivational, but at the same time I need to remember that what worked for someone else may not work for me. We are all different. Some people don't even seem to need motivation or accountability. It would be fun to walk in those shoes, but I'm probably dreaming. I need to watch Joe's movie again too. I was planning to do that regularly when I started this, but I forgot back then that it takes time to do that, lol. Life can get so busy.

I see many blogs where people started a plan, but they never finished. That sounds like me in my last blog. The holidays came and I got off. I know something is coming up for me in a few days where I will need to take some more eating days. After I get through that I plan to change my rules. Allowing eating days seems to be a good part of the plan as long as it is not abused. It makes the plan more doable.
