Nourishing Our Social Brain
Integral Human Design corresponds with newer scientific findings (revealed since the advent of the Human Design System) that indicate a high plasticity in our brain whereby we are able to reinvent ourselves every moment!

(I like that it underscores the critical assessment of my original Human Design teacher regarding the problems with "typing" the personality.) One of the keywords in this affinity is freedom!
Freedom begins in the mind! We need the "plasticity" that neuroscience points to in order to realize our freedom, not only in regards to our "conditioning" but also from the limitations in our self-created identity as well. By understanding the map of our individual imprinting (that Human Design reveals) and with the ongoing truth of self-transformation (that neuroscience shows is available to all of us) there is a way to help ourselves and one another reprogram our life as we had formerly known it! The really good news is that we now can do this without having to limit ourselves with the limitations of yet another system!
"Interpersonal Neurobiology in particular emphasizes that the development of our brain during all of our life is nourished, shaped and matured by mindful, empathic relationships. We operate from a social brain, i.e. we are designed to live in connection. We regulate each other, and we provide each other with the opportunities to grow and change. It is in this shelter of each other that we human beings live.":
